Imap settings for incoming and outgoing mails

I would like to retrieve my mails on the go via an external mail tool like Outlook.
Unfortunately, the information about IMAP on the page does not work:

Have any settings or ports changed?

Do you get any error message from Outlook? Are the mails accessible via the webmailer?

Only that something didn’t work out.

Hm, okay. So the domain and mail is set up correctly. Did you try both SMTP ports? Which Outlook version is that?

I have Mircrosoft 365 and I get the info,
that Outlook is version 2212.

I have tried both SMTP ports.
I have also tried to retrieve it via google POP3, that doesn’t work either.

so just to make sure, you are able to access your mails via the web mailer?
Would you be able to test it with another mail set up for that domain, please?

I can retrieve my emails when I log into the webmailer.
This works through two email addresses:
job@nicolekichtan.de and hallo@nicolekichtan.de
