Multiple Domains under one Client's Account

Hi, is it possible to add multiple domains under one client’s account? one of my client need more websites so i want them to manage all within one account … possible right?

Hey @mughal,

I think we have to distinguish between two different things here:

  • Domains (that all lead to the same website): Yes, you can add more than one domain to a client account
  • Websites: It’s currently not possible to add multiple websites to one client account

So if one client needs 3 websites i have to provide them 3 different accounts with 3 different email ids to login … does it make sense?

Yes, that’s right. You will need to give them access to three different client accounts with three different emails.

Most of the email addresses allow you to add a “+something” to it, so e.g. if you have the email test@example.com you can make it into test+account1@example.com and the emails will still be received on test@example.com. That’s might be useful for your case…
