Hello dear Sitejet team and community,
we’re having an issue with a multilingual website.
Translations were created for the Home page and the About Us page. Meanwhile, changes were made in the main language, but those changes were not carried over to the translated Home page. (Design changes). At the same time, the translation of the Home page cannot be deleted anymore.
Is there a fix for this, or perhaps a workaround? (ID: 2273613)
No, I created a main page and added the language, then changed some design settings on the main page which werent carried to the translation. Now I tried to delete the subpage “Home” or “About Us” but they’re grayed out/ cant be deleted or duplicated from the original language
Oh I see.
Honestly, if you need a quick solution/answer I would send an e-mail via the contact form (removed mail address because of spam /admin) with the site ID and some screenshots or even a screencast.
In my experience this works faster because they are the tech experts.
I just clicked on “Translate”, than it created the page under “mongolian” and I can delete all pages except for these 2 pages. For the others, I can just delete the translated page and re-translate. For these 2 it doesnt work because they’re grayed out.
Yes will check. But right now, there is a big issue that the developers are working on. I need to wait for a hotfix as this is affecting all CMS features.
