Mass transfer from G Suite to Sitejet

Hi all,

The client has a business email setup in G Suite, and now I would like to transfer it to Sitejet.

The G Suite email looks like user@client-domain.com

I then created the same email address in Sitejet.

Which details do I need to enter when using Mass Transfer?

Using the source as GMAIL doesn’t work because it’s not a @gmail.com account, and the Gmail server and port also don’t work using CUSTOM as the source.

Please advise.

Hey @Ricardo_Milho - great question. I did not yet have the honour to do such a transfer with a GSuite Account.

What kind of error message do you get? Did you try the Google Support to find out if you maybe had the wrong credentials for the source?
