:face_with_monocle: We are aware of the issue that in our knowledgebase, the images will not open in a lightbox / expand, when you click on them. We are in talks with the tool we are using to try and fix this soon.

Last week, we also created a new article about the most common questions and issues with the contact form. Since there is a new significant number of cPanel and Plesk users, we have decided to give more inside about the platform related issues, when possible.
