Form - fields inside accordion element aren't being sent when deployed

Hi there! :waving_hand:

I’ve tried searching the forum a bit but couldn’t find an issue like mine, so here I am.

My site has a form with 7 optional fields (out of 10). So I’ve hidden these fields under an accordion (that defaults to a collapsed state) named “I want to share further info”.

It works perfectly fine under the .preview.sitehub.io, but after deploying the site (and it’s on Plesk, if that makes a difference) only the form fields out of the accordion are sent.

Any tips?

Hey there,

Can you please raise this with Plesk directly and post us the solution? As the form works in the preview it seems that Sitejet is handling the data correctly. Something must have happened after the export to the Plesk server. Some dev probably needs to take a look at it.
