Error saving — Message says I have no page with the "/" URL

I’m having trouble saving this website, ID 338207 because of an error message that says I don’t have a page with the URL “/”. However, you can clearly see in the screenshot that there is a page with that URL. I’ve tried refreshing multiple times and still get the same error message every time I try to save any changes.

The error message says that the “/” is missing for the language “Languages”.

  1. Which languages did you add?
  2. Please check the other language (not English) and see if there is also a site with “/”

This is how I was able to solve it:

  • Activate the multilanguage
  • Translate the “home /”
  • Change the language to any other language
  • Save
  • Remove the other language
  • Deactivate the multilanguage
  • Save

We are investigating this issue.

Hey @Shaina_Nacion - we might have a hint for why this happened.

Did you maybe start the website with a certain language A and then switched the language in the Project Manager to Language B? Or maybe changed the language somewhere else?

Did you do anything with the languages while multilanguage was disabled?
