Couldn't send email (message)

Dear sirs,

I inserted a contact form in my site (www.metamorfosi.ch) but as I try to use it is giving an error message (couldn’t send email).

I saw this strange message in the log: PHP Warning: mail(): "sendmail_from " not set in php.ini or custom "From:" header missing in D:\home\metamorfosi.ch\httpdocs\api.php on line 109

Probably this last message has a relation with my problem.

PHP version 8.1.31

I can also see this in “Core”

allow_url_fopen	On	On
allow_url_include	Off	Off

Thanks Andre for being back,
I have looked at the solutions, first of all I cannot find any “send email” flag into the contact form. All the rest I verified.
Anyhow an additional problem raised as the captcha is visible only if SSL is activated but if I activate the SSL than the site is creating problems viewing with IOS devices (saying the site is not safe).
The captcha issue is not a variable, if I activate SSL captcha is showing but still I have the error message of not sending email and on top of this I have disruption on the IOS devices.

Hey there,

since you are a panel user, please get in touch with your hoster. They might have to contact cPanel or Plesk directly as well. This is not a Sitejet issue, actually. This seems to be a server issue.
