Contact form inquiry not sure where it is going

I have recently built my website using sitejet builder using Plesk. I am using email service provider as Zoho. Now in this contact form, the inquiry is getting submitted but I am not sure where is this email going?

I have looked at all possible emails which are linked with plesk and zoho but I cant find my inquiries. Can someone help please?

I think, you have not configured custom SMTP properly. If it’s using PHP mail, the emails might be sitting in the server’s mail queue (accessible in Plesk under Tools & Settings → Mail Queue). If you haven’t configured Zoho SMTP in Sitejet, the form doesn’t know about your Zoho inbox.
