Contact Form Drop Down Box Label Not Appearing In Email

Hi

I have set up Contact Form that uses a drop-down box in two form fields.

They work well, howver I have the Submit button sending an email and only the values appear in the email and not the Placeholder.

For example, the website is for accommodation.

The form has the number Adults with a dropDown box with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

The email shows what has been selected (eg. 2) but omits the Placeholder and I can’t see where I can add it.

The email should read ‘Adult 1’ but instead only shows ‘1’.

A bit annoying for my client.
