Hi, I have a problem with contact form. It works perfectly in preview mode but a 404 error appears after sending in the live page.

Hey Tamas, where is that form on the website? I found one form, but it showed a cloudflare captcha error? What is the live website URL?

the site: https://site.mediquest.ro
(this site is only for testing purposes.) the form is down to the bottom of the home pages. The captcha works for me.
FYI: The forms in the three language versions have three different settings concerning the sender email address . The recipient is a different domain but in the same cpanel environment (info(at)medikids.ro . It is a working email address. I do not know if these matter.
