we like to inform you that there has been a downtime with Sitejet during which users have not been able to access the CMS or being able to save their progress. This is also affecting emails for some users.
We are aware of the situation, investigating and working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible. We will update you here shortly on this matter.
thank you very much for your patience. As most of you have probably already noticed, Sitejet is up and running again for a few hours now. We implemented a fix at around 3:30 pm and were monitoring the results. It is possible that some emails that have been sent will arrive with a slight delay.
As mentioned on our status page the issue has been caused by a system overload. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and would like to inform you that we are working on a list of measures to improve this handling so that it will not happen again.
