E-Mail provider downtime on Monday - investigation still pending (22/05/23)

Hey Sitejetter, We like to inform you about a short downtime of our mail provider “Roundcube” on Monday. The downtime was about roughly 40 minutes (13:20 - 14:00). During that time login, as well as sending and receiving was restricted. Users, that are using the web mailer reported missing contacts, signatures and login errors.
