Hi,
Was showing a new customer how to make her website on her own and after deploying the IA helper from the customer´s Plesk panel it started as usual, asking 2 or 3 questions and the first time did not even finish, the window closed and when tried to relaunch the helper, it took us to the half-built site.
Deleted the subdomin and redid it from scratch only to have the API frozen after the first or second question. This happened 4 or 5 times until the last try when a pop up window showed up stating (the UI is in spanish): “Has alcanzado el límite de uso de la API para hoy. Inténtalo de nuevo mañana”.
The translation is “ API’s limit reached, try again tomorrow”
Please advice
BTW1, please notice the spanish warning sign has a major typo.

Thank you for your post. Would you be able to give us a few more info about this case? What is the Website ID? Did you work on this website before the showcase and using the AI which means your free AI translation volume has already been reduced?

Updating yesterday’s info, the customer deleted the subdomain and created a new one with a different name (the one I submitted above). Last night, she started again and made it all the way to what seemed to be the final section and then the site and computer froze. Closed the computer and retried a couple of hours ago to no avail, login into the site froze the computer.
Don’t know if this is related to the fact that the customer´s computer is an Apple laptop , mention it as I use Windows and the few times I ‘ve worked on SiteJet projects, everything ran fine.
We are using Plesk Obsidian 18.0.76, update1 Web Host Edition / Almalinux 8.10 / MariaDb 11.8.6
