In the U.S., ADA, Americans with disability act, can cause some people real problems. Site have been sued. I know there are some things we can do for accessibility, but could you add an auto disability feature with a wheelchair, like some 3rd party companies offer? A way to make our sites compliant with ADA? This would give American agencies or those wanting to sell in the U.S. a big advantage.
