I don’t think it is possible to upload large files like videos.

“When submitting the form, this file will be attached to the email that’s sent to the recipient’s email address. Sitejet does not host those files. Therefore the file size upload limit is based on the maximum file size that is allowed by the email service provider to receive.”

We do have a file size limit of 256MB for the File Manager: https://help.sitejet.io/hc/en-us/articles/24275998082711-File-Manager Though the file size for contact form submission might be set by the mail provider.
I do recommend you offer a cloud based solution for uploading larger files. Especially to avoid those files being sent via mail.
I am using sitejet builder by cpanel. Cannot see this option there could you please tell how can i increase my limit to 256 MB in sitejet by cpanel
I can not add more to that statement. We are not cPanel so you might need to get in touch with their community or their support to see what is possible.
