I’d like to have a vertical menu navigation.
Is it possible to set the top menu into stick on left ? If so, how to ?

Yes, like the “wireframe”. It seems to me I saw a pre-made template with this name…
I am working on customization of Academix. Is there a way to set his menu on left ? Or do I have to change the template and loose my work ?
If you have Sitejet Studio I do recommend you just open a few new websites and add a tempate like the two I suggested and see how they are build. Once you are familiar with it you can just customize your current menu
