I am a beginner and some terminology used on this site I am not familiar with.
I have an image (a picture drawn by hand long ago) and I would like to have links to other pages when the mouse hovers over different objects in the picture. I have searched for “transparent overlays” and transparent foreground" (both on the internet and on youtube).
Is this possible?
