Dear SiteJet users,
we who work in SiteJet have of course all accepted SiteJet’s T&Cs. For example, regarding possible downtime, etc. Certainly SiteJet also excludes claims for damages in some places (I don’t have the whole text in my head anymore).
My customers for whom I create the website, however, do not come into contact with SiteJet’s T&Cs.
How do you protect yourselves in case SiteJet is not available for 2 days?
Customers might think that the website, emails, etc. must be 100% available.
Do you make your customers accept the SiteJet terms and conditions? Do you have your own terms and conditions or have you neglected this point so far?
Greetings
Frank
GERMAN VERSION
Liebe SiteJet-Nutzer,
Zum Beispiel was eventuelle Ausfallzeiten usw. angeht.
Frank
