Thanks in advance for any help. I have been trying to change the text colours on a menu for days now, and nomatter what I do, the colours refuse to change. I have never encountered this before. Can some help me get this fixed. Big source of frustration and I feel like it’s something so small that I am losing sleep over.
I have tried to delete the menu from the template and add my own, but when I MOVE the menu to the space that the original menu was in, the colours just default to the original colours again.

Hi @Andre and thanks so much for getting back to me.
I managed to changed the text into buttons which works to cover up the colour issue - still not happy with the blue font colour, wanted only pink and white. But feeling frustrated I let it be. But when I fixed that, I now encounter this new issue:
When I open the site on a mobile, there is a permanent black background now taking up the upper space of the website. I suspect this is a setting for the hamburger menu that I enabled to fix the colours issue.
I only want the background to be black when the menu opens up in mobile, not permanently.
