I saw there was a post about this in 2024, but, the solution doesn’t work.
I have two different sites both built with sitejet, each with it’s own template and colors.
When I develop a preset such as the Plans element that is set up exactly the way I want, I would like to be able to:
A. Save that element into my library for future use and that would be available across sites, or
B. copy the element from one open site and paste it into another.
This is what I’m experiencing. I open one site from cPanel into a new tab. Opens fine. I try to open a second site into a new tab and login fails. This is using Safari.
I have opened one site in Chrome and one site in Safari. I copy one element from one site in Safari and when I paste it into the other site in Chrome, a completely different section of the site pastes. Example, I copied a Plans element and when I paste, a header element from the source website pastes.
What’s really odd is that the header element that pastes has my logo and a generic menu from my source site, but it has menu items and a button that don’t exist on my source site.
Is the clipboard supposed to carry across browsers, or does the clipboard stay within each browser?
I have also seen this odd pasting happen within the same browser but going from page to page.
