I am going to change my website and I made a new template for that. If I want to change the template of the current site it says that I will then lose all the content.
Does anyone have an idea how I can change the template and still keep the collection manager with all the content.

in that specific case you could use the export feature of the collection and then import it later again.
I would actually suggest to first start with a completely new blank page, build the website and then, when you think it is good, start importing the collection content.
Images can not be exported and imported for now, so that is why I would keep the collection first with the old website.
When the new website is set up you can still delete the old one. And you won’t have extra costs because you can set up as many unpublished websites, as you like.
