I have a redirection that is not working. Not sure if I am doing something wrong. It is project # 284646 and I built a redirection for the about/pay-my-bill page to about/patient-portal.
Can someone check this out for me and let me know what I am doing wrong.
Hey @David_McArdle - I think this might be a cache issue on your site? When I visit about/pay-my-bil - I will be forwarded to about/patient-portal . 
I have another redirection question.
I have a different client (project 312842) where the client use a 3rd party program as a client portal. When they log out, they get forwarded to https://www.ssccpas.com//#/sign-back-in
Unfortunately, their 3rd party provider is not being responsive in helping set a new log-out URL. So I thought I could create a redirect to the home page. But for some reason, it doesn’t seem to be working yet.
My guess is that I am not formatting the URL correctly, but I have tried every version I can think of. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Yes, it is a strange syntax that my client’s 3rd party provider sends them to, but that is what it is.
Hey @David_McArdle well… if that does not work in our CMS, there is no other way around to get in touch with them and try to get a redirect inside their tool or a more “usable” URL.
