When I try to upload new images in the Sitejet Builder, no preview image is displayed, and the image is not displayed when I place it either.
I noticed this with JPGs and PNGs. I haven’t tested other formats.
Please fix this as soon as possible! It’s very annoying that this is happening.

same over here from Chile facing same error!!! fix now.
The same here. I can’t upload images, and there is no preview available for the items in the image folder.
I am having the exact same issue, is this a Sitejet-wide bug?
Same here, trying to post images to a blog, but they won’t show up. Also tried .png and .jpgs

Same problem happening here as well. Our most recent image uploads and all new ones are affected.
Additionally, if you try to preview the image it dumps you to a 404 error screen.
Having same issue. Originally noticed when trying to import a video, but then noticed it’s images too. Is the CDN down?

Same. Not just with uploads from my local system, but also tried uploading the image elsewhere and using the URL Import option. Both have failed.
This is my first Sitejet website. But when came here for this problem, and saw that this is happening to others, and that similar problems have happened in the past to other users, I wonder, if this is a pattern. And if it is, have I bet on the wrong horse? If Sitejet isn’t that reliable (image failure across multiple websites more than once in a forever), I have to think, how much time have I thrown away already if it turns out Sitejet winds up being a loser? I hope it’s not, but concern is growing.

same issue here.. it seems that the https://inter-cdn.com/ server has some issues - but a fix would be awesome because its like that for like 20 hours now.. it affects images, other files and presets..

Hey Patrick, yes. We are aware of it and the developers investigating this.

Hey everybody,
the issue was resolved during the day. We were still investigating the issue to find the cause for this.
First of all, everything is resolved . The image uploads and scaling works as expected. No images have been lost. Nor SVG or Files. The upload was never affected.
What was affected was the scaling due to a security measure which was fixed yesterday. During this there was a misconfiguration from the security team.
The misconfiguration cause an infinite redirect of the files while being uploaded. This did not affect all files but many.
