Posting Guidelines about Integrations and Third-Party tools

Get support from the Sitejet community. Post your issues and help requests for integrations, Third-Party tools and possible code.

What is required for posting:

  • Use the search function first. Has this already been posted before?
  • Share your preview link, website ID and (if applicable) your live website link.
  • Please be as detailed as possible about the issue and what help you need. Where do you need help? What is it you like to achieve or expect?
  • Link to the third-party tool you are trying to implement.
  • If applicable, post the Element-ID
  • If you can, please upload as many screenshots and / or screencasts to show the issue.
  • Post additional links to show exactly what you like to achieve.
  • Reply to users using the @ and their name.
  • Check the browser console on the published site, and if there are any errors (look for the red text), please take a screenshot and include it into your post as well.
