Error on third party code integration in HTML element

Dear,

I am getting following error on a third party integration in a HTML element in Sitejet website builder (https://cms.sitejet.io/320733/contact).
According to the third party in question (10to8) the code seems correct at their side. Could you help me to get it properly embedded.

Google developer error shown:
contact:27 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘init’ of undefined

Hi! I don’t see your website (your url can be acessed only from your partner account), but other users reported in the past similar issues.

If you are looking in the Editor in the Preview mode … the script(in the HTML element) will not run/execute in the Editor.
Preview the page in the Frontend (Live/Preview)
