I’m currently experiencing an issue with images in Collections. I’m getting a 404 Not Found error since enabling the “Serve static files directly by nginx” option.
Initially, I had an issue loading images in Collections (see: Sitejet publishing breaks collections | Plesk Forum). I found a solution by enabling “Serve static files directly by nginx.”
However, since enabling this option, I’m no longer able to load images from the CMS, even after disabling “Serve static files directly by nginx.”
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it?
I have forwarded this internally. We got a few cases connected to Plesk. Please ensure that your server and your Sitejet version is up to date! After that, please re-publish.
If you still face the issue, let me know the specs.
Please try to save again and re-publish. If this issue still persists after that, there is no other way around than to contact your provider or Plesk directly (depending on your support license).
