Plesk | Collection not appearing on the front-end 2

I’m working with Benson template and also having the same problem stated by [Jean_Pierre_Michael], on this topic here: Collection not appearing on the front-end

The collection Product shows on backend but not on the frontend. I have not configured an animation on the Products Collection, also tested switching off the title animation from the beginning of the page as Lucian pointed that might be a conflict.

On Chrome inspector the element:

style=“opacity:0”

Hi @Redondobruno, do you use Sitejet Builder on Plesk?

So the preview website looks correct, but seems like something went wrong when you published the website.

Currently, I don’t know if it is a Sitejet Builder or Plesk server issue.

Hi @Martin I tried to open the ticket on Plesk but on the screen “Submit a request to technical support” after providing License Key and completing all the requested server access information, the buttons “Continue With Ticket Submission” and “Start Chat” are grayed and not clickable. Can you help me with this?

Update the Sitejet Builder to the latest version v1.0.5 and then publish your website again.
