Page URL in Contact Form

We use a contact form as an overlay (e.g. here: Bausteine erfolgreicher Rhetorik und Präsentation - Trainings - mensch & kommunikation). Is there an option to somehow add the URL of the page where the contact form was opened to the form so that we are able to recognize what the request is about?

could you simply auto populate the subject line of the form (or make it a drop down) or a hidden field embedded in the form to accomplish this? i know in a mailto: you can auto populate the subject but maybe a hidden field denoting which page (the url) could be added to the form maybe.

If you use multiple forms across your website you can use different names and subjects to distinguish form submissions. This can be done on the form settings as shown in the following screenshot:
