Add Form Data to Email Subject

Hi, We’re using SiteJet Builder with Plesk and have a working form on our website. We are looking for information on if it’s possible to add data from a form field to the subject of the email. We receive MANY emails through this website and they all come in with a generic subject “Received email from website form” but we would like to have it “Received form submission from CLIENT NAME” or something along those parameters.

Is there a supported way of doing this using the SiteJet Builder utility?

As far as I know, there is no such feature, but it surely would be beneficial.
