Mobile and tablet menu is stuck 'on' covering screen

Hi,
I’m building with Sitejet Builder (can see where to find which version)

The menu looks great on desktop but in mobile and tablet version the hamburger menu is stuck on - the whole menu block covers the majority of the screen.

I have looked for answers in the forums but not having any luck.

I thought unsticky-ing the menu might help (not what I wanted) but it has made very little difference.

This is a layout issue, not a bug.

Your menu is placed inside the hero/banner section, which has a fixed height. On mobile, the hamburger menu uses that height and covers most of the screen.
