Matomo for website statistics in customer portal - keywords missing

Dears,
I was taking amore close look at actively offering the website statistics (Matomo) to my clients (as an alternative to Google Analytics). I notice that there seems to be a problem with keyword statistics? Form the info on Matomo’s website, it seems like some additional action (plugin) has to be taken to retrieve that information from Google (or other search engines?)?
I would like to have more info on this…

Thank you for this great question. The statistics from “Piwik” (former Matomo) are just the really basic and minimal setup for website statistics. Rudimentary as you will :slight_smile:

One reason is that this integration is included in the Sitejet subscription.

This package, for example, does not offer exporting and white-labelling. And it also does not include in-depth analysis of website statistics, such as keyword statistics etc.

If you do want to have extended statistics to present to your clients, I highly recommend setting up a pro account for extended analytics with “Piwik” or any other tool, that you prefer.

I am quite curious what other Sitejetters use and think about this.
