We are sorry that you might experience an unexpected behavior on Sitejet. If you are not sure if you’re experiencing a bug, you can post about it here to get confirmation from the community.

Please use the search feature first to make sure this has not been posted before.

For this report, we need as much information as possible:

  • Your Website ID and your preview link. And (if applicable) your live website link.
  • Please be as detailed as possible about the possible bug. What is the expected behavior, and what do you experience?
  • Please send as many screenshots and / or screencasts to show the behavior
  • Check the browser console on the published site, and if there are any errors (look for the red text), please take a screenshot and include it into your post as well.
