How to enable from desktop view to Tablet & Phone View? Because the menu bar keep pop up even I press X button.

I did not fully understand the actual issue. Are you able to give us more details?

Also, if possible, copy me the six-digit number that is in the URL when you are in the website builder. That is the website ID with which I can access your website to check.

The actual issue is the Menu Bar for the tablet & Phone Mode is not functioning well.

Hey there,

I can confirm there is a weird behavior, because the trigger is disappearing after I clicked and opened the menu.

Which browser are you using and have you tried it with a different browser? Did you try and add the menu again after removing the old one?
