How can I design my mobile and web sites to be completely different and unaffected by each other?

I’m using to visibility toggle but it is not working well.

Any chance i can design mobile and web seperately from each other?

Just checking with you - you are using the different viewports, right? But you like to have a separate view for mobile which does not show the invisible elements for mobile?
