Hide Animated Elements (Overlay) for mobile / tablet / desktop

After implementing an overlay on the frontpage of one of my websites, I wanted to disable this overlay for mobile as it doesn’t fit properly on small screens.

The Sitejet builder told me that the visibility of animated elements can not be changed.

Option 1: The visibility of animated elements in general can be changed depending on screen size.
Option 2: I can change the visibility in the overlay-preset. Maybe in the preset option.
