Dear Team,
I am using sitejet builder with cPanel to build and publish my website. My hosting provider is bigrock.in
I am facing an issue while publishing the website. See the screenshot below. The process gets stuck at the download sitemap step and exits with error.
I am facing this issue over past 3-4 days and I am not able to publish critical updates to the website.
I contacted bigrock tech support team and they said the issue is with IPs of sitehub.io that they have already whitelisted the IPs.
I need some concrete and urgent help over here to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Unfortunately my provider Bigrock.in and cPanel both are not able to resolve my issue for last 5 days. Unbelievable!!
Is there anyway that I can publish my website from sitejet builder to a local directory and move the content through FTP to my domain directory?
I need any workable solution urgently.
