cPanel | 404 Error in SiteJet Builder won't publish

Can someone tell me how to get to the Navigator?
My site won’t publish. It gives me a 404 error. My SiteJet Builder website has been created through cPanel. Not sure if once I have published the website, it should automatically point to my nameservers with my Domain Service Provider or if I have to point it myself. All of the reading I have been doing shows a different interface to access but I don’t know how to get to this interface


Maybe its not a Navigator issue. I have been trying to get my Domain Service Provider to help along with SiteJet. This has been over 3 weeks. When I publish it, it says published on the right side but does not publish and gives me this error. Please Help.

Thank you for posting this here. I would really love to help you on this, but our support with Sitejet on cPanel is quite limited to the Website Builder. Are you able to quickly contact your hosting service to assist you with where you find all the info? If they are not helpful, please escalate this directly to cPanel support.

Also, please keep us updated on this as there might be other users facing a similar issue and might profit from this experience.
