My web provider has launched the website I built for myself – I’m very pleased – but suddenly all the headlines have lost their Righteous fonts and been changed to plain Times New Roman and no one knows why. Can you help?

Did you contact the cPanel or Plesk support about this issue? It seems that this might be in relation to the server not being up to date. Are you able to keep us on the loop as well?

Thanks for following up! Much appreciated 
The font issue seemed to just correct itself so days later so, yeah, server issue, I guess. Pictures on the site still seem to come and go or occasionally show up squashed. My attempts to open tickets with cPanel get me sent back to my hosts at Canspace, who wrote me with this:

Our shared hosts run the cPanel update script every night and are always on the latest available version. You can verify that with cPanel themselves - https://www.cpanel.net/releases/ - where version 118 is the most recent available.
