Hello!
The form on my webpage does not send the checkbox options when users click on send. Everything else is sent, but the options checked are not being sent.
Looks like this is quite a common issue as seen here: Checkbox data not included in form data

How can I fix this? I’ve tried everything but I’m not able to fix it…

Unfortunately, all the other users have not sent us tickets so we could not investigate the issue further. Please sent us a ticket to our support and include all the necessary information as stated in the other thread.
We love to look into this.
This seems to be a global issue not related to a specific website. This is only happening on a publish website. It works fine on preview mode.
I can not confirm that this is a global issue as we did not get more than one ticket about this in the past 30 days. And for that ticket we did not get any more information that we need.
Unfortunately, no one has given us enough information to check on this matter and I was not able to reproduce it yet on Plesk.
If you have this issue, please send us a mail with all the necessary information we ask for and I am happy to forward this to the devs and try to reproduce it.
We really love to help on this matter, but as I said, we need more information and all via tickets on this matter.
