Is anybody using CCM19 with Sitejet?
I often use Sitejet’s cookie banner but it is not fully legal (in my opinion).
That’s why I think about using CCM19 for clients projects.
Can somebody report that it works correctly with Sitejet?

If that is the case, then yes, you are able to use it with Sitejet

But I had a problem with a third party script in an earlier project so I would appreciate to know if anybody has implemented it already.
What kind of problem did you have? Usually, when you add a third-party script, it should not cause an issue. However, some tools use not so well developed code or have a kind of limitation. We also had a script from tools before that were too invasive to be used.
In this particular case, I assume that since it is a simple cookie banner, there should not be an issue as with most other cookie banner tools.
