Hi Tamás ![]()
Just to make sure — are you editing the SEO fields directly inside the individual page settings?
Usually you need to:
Open the page
Go to Page Settings
Navigate to the SEO tab
Manually override the slug and meta fields there
The AI autofill should only generate suggestions — you should still be able to edit or replace them manually.
If that’s not working on your end, could you maybe describe the exact steps you’re taking (or whether this is a normal page, system page, or collection template)? That would help narrow it down ![]()
Hi Chris, thanks. This is exaactly what I try without success. It seems that the fields are locked and I can not unlock them. I can not click on any other other field but NAME, no matter if I try with mouse, TAB or arrow keys. Wherever I try to type it appears in NAME.
UPDATE
The problem appears only on my Macbook Pro/Sequoia 15.3.1. It works as intended on WINDOWS.
Thanks for your help, I am happy that it is not a stupid user error ![]()
Yes ![]()
Please let me know the Website ID and I will take a look and see if I can reproduce this. What browser did you use on Macbook? Safari? Can you confirm which Website Builder you are using? Is it Sitejet Studio via sitejet.io oder the Builder with cPanel or Plesk? ![]()
Thanks. Problem appears only in Safar (Version 18.3 (20620.2.4.11.5)). All cache deleted, no effect. Chrome is ok on MacOS.
Site ID: 2866708
It is cPanel.
Thanks
Thank you Tamas! I have forwarded this to the devs to check for this weird situation. We might have additional questions shortly.

Hey Tamas,
We have decided to see Safari now as the new Internet Explorer
and will work on a fix for this. This is a very interesting bug. Thank you for pointing this out!
