My new project is a campervan rental company.
The client wants to let website visitors check the availability of each of the 4 campervans - but NOT book via website. To book a vehicle the customer needs to send an inquiry via contact form.
Has anyone an idea of a calender tool that allows to show availability (without booking feature behind it that makes it expensive)?
Hi @Barbara_Bichler, you could also check, if the booking tools have the possibility to disable instant booking. I would contact the tool provider and ask if it is possible, before you create an account or signup for plan.

I use 10to8 (UK solution) that has a rather complete free option - if I am not mistaken, you have to pay only from 100 booked appointments up (per month). I guess that you can set-up in such way that availability is shown but bookingds cannot be made online, but I have not tried that one yet.

I’ve found a solution now.
It is a German software called Wheeloffice (in case somebody else builts a website like this).
