Built In Chat for us & for help

I would love to see a live Chat box for when we are inside Sj trying to do something. Trading e-mails is cumbersome, and not always immediate between replies. Of course live phone help would be the best, but I use chat often and as long as the company sends videos or screen shots or screen videos, it often works almost as good. Would be nice of we could share our screen with SJ.

Also, it would be nice to have a built in Chat feature we could offer to customers for their websites. But having live help would be awesome, especially when first starting out.

I’ll have to agree to the Live Chat thing. I was under the impression that Agency Plan members have priority support only to find I needed to email and then wait.
