Can anyone shed any light on where I can fix this please? I have spent days looking at it and have come up with nothing. I can only assume it has something to do with the responsive design in the template?
You can deactivate the “Optimize” and/or “Responsive” options for the image or background image. Then the problem should disappear.
Unfortunately, this has been the case for a long time and this bug has not yet been fixed.
this surprised me as it was already fairly high res. But I doubled its resolution to 3,840 x 2,160 anyway. Then I got this (which I haven’t seen before trying to solve this issue, but I haven’t been using sitejet long):
So put an image in the container and, with a bit of position juggling for desktop / mobile, it works fine!
I thought this might have been user error. ie did I remove the image from the container in the blogger template thinking it was better to use a container background. But it is set as a container background in the blogger template.
Huge relief as I am very much enjoying using sitejet. It’s slick!
Result on a mobile layout (probably needs a bit more positioning adjustment):
I checked internally and we are working on a fix for the two issues happening here. However, happy you could resolve this. The website looks great. If you like, present it in the showroom, when done
