How can I have a video on the Home page banner that plays sound on auto play?

Did you experience issues after adding a container and then placing a video element like this? (see screenshot)
Just a heads-up: for the video to autoplay, you’ll need to check both “Autoplay” and “Mute video” — otherwise, browsers will block it.

As fas as I know that is something from the past, Lisa. Modern browsers block autoplay with sound by default – it’s a user experience and privacy thing. It is also super annoying. I would suggest to only offer autoplay and nothing else.
Thanks, Andre. I had forgotten about that. I so rarely use videos on websites unless a client gives me one to put up. Personally, I don’t mind a good eye catching video on opening a website, but without sound, it’s like looking at a silent movie! lol!

Hahaha, I understand. Personally, I avoid autoplay videos and videos in the header region anyways myself. But hey, there were some very good silent movies back in the day! Haha
