Where is the Text font size?

I’m probably dumb but I can’t find it anywhere. I only see it on a theme basis.
Is it possible to change font properties (size) for just one word or one sentence?
All I see is this but I don’t see the font-size
Thanks for your help and forgive me if something so obvious gets out of my head…

OMG, I thought that was the line height. Thanks a lot ! Can we modify those presets ?

And that is only for P text right? Headings don’t have this

I don’t think you can have presets, but you can add class to text elements and set your own font size in CSS. Headings are set in global theme settings only.
