Video Element error?

Hi, I’m using Sitejet Builder with several websites, and I stumbled over problems I could not solve for several times, like this one.

I want to include a Video Element showing a video on my site. This somehow functioned in the beginning, but when wanting to use an existing video from my library, all videos are greyed out so I cannot select them and it says something like “not supported type” (I have the German version). Also, when I want to upload, I cannot select videos from the predefined MIME type list (type not supported).

Funny thing, it worked for some time, and not I can’t upload anything. The preview in my library works. And be sure, it is an MPEG4 compliant H.264 and AAC video.

Please help!

Hey Hannes,

That is something I need to test with a developer. In this case, would you be able to send us a support ticket with the following info:

  • Website IDs
  • Link to this thread
  • 1-2 Videos that do not work as a file
  • Location on where on the website the videos are
  • The info which browsers you are using
