Our clients site is down, we have not changed or done anything from this side. You guys changed the IPS tag for us but we have not moved it or done anything with it yet…

Following up on the case and giving a short update here as well:

When moving a co.uk domain away from us, the domain has to be manually transferred. The process would be as followed:

  • Start the domain transfer in the domain manager
  • Contact support, so we can manually change the ISP TAG for the respective domain (at that moment we will not have access to the domain anymore)
  • The domain should now be on the way to the new provider and the new provider is responsible to provider access to the domain and the DNS to adjust

In your case, my assumption is, that it takes some time until the new provider has the domain in their system.
