The menu appears open when the page loads

There’s a “bug” that’s driving me crazy.

Every time I open the website or open a page, the menu appears for a few seconds.

I thought it was just my website, but I tried creating a new one and testing the Templates. But it happens to all of them.

Is there a solution? I’ve been trying to fix it for days, but on the contrary, it seems to be getting worse.

I’ve been looking for if others have had similar cases, but it didn’t work out.

Hi @Joaquin_Olivas,

can you send us the Website IDs (the six-digit number in the URL when opening the CMS) for your website projects so we can have a look at this?

Thanks!

332275 and 335755, but when I create another one, the same thing happens

332275 → http://1e1ca2-511f3.preview.intensse.studio
335755 → http://1e4393-51f8b.preview.intensse.studio

I deleted cache and cookies on all my devices, etc.

Hi @Joaquin_Olivas,

to avoid the menu appearing on page load, you can set an animation

I already added it to 332275 as you can see in the screenshot:

Switch to the mobile device, select the menu element - if you don’t find it right away, click into an element in the menu banner preset and use the arrow keys until you find the menu element - keep an eye on the breadcrumb at the bottom of the website builder :eyes:

Then go to Style > Element > Animation and select “Show/Hide”. Set Initial to “Element hidden”, Duration and Delay to 0 and Trigger to “Element scrolled into view” - save the page and that’s it.

Just if you want to reverse my steps: Change the Animation from “Show/Hide” to “Don’t animate”.

Hope that helps
